United Cutlery® only sells to commercial verifiable customers who buy our products for resale. We do not sell to individual consumers for personal use.

Warranty Information for Business Partners:

All United Cutlery® products have a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace defective items with the same product, when available. If an exact replacement is not available, we will replace the product with a like item or suitable substitute. For replacement, the product must be returned to United Cutlery®, freight prepaid. Items damaged due to abuse, misuse or neglect are not eligible for replacement or credit.

Please return your United Cutlery® Product to the retailer where you purchased the product.
