Return of United Cutlery^® products will not be accepted under any circumstance, without a return authorization number. Please call United at 800-548-0835, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm EST for a Return to manufacturer Authorization. RMA numbers will expire 15 days after the date of issuance.

Returns for Individual Consumers:

Please return your United Cutlery^® Product to the retailer where you purchased the product.
