Returns and Allowance for Business Partners:

Return of United Cutlery products will not be accepted under any circumstance, without a return authorization number. Please call United at 800-548-0835, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm EST for a Return to manufacturer Authorization. All products must be returned postage prepaid. United Cutlery does not issue credits or refunds for returned shipping costs. RMA numbers will expire 15 days after the date of issuance.

Returns for Individual Consumers:

Delivery/Administration Errors:

It is the customer's responsibility to notify United Cutlery at the time of delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages or incorrect items. Items returned for credit due to delivery or administrative errors will only be accepted if received within 10 days following the date of invoice. Failure to provide notification within this period will lead to denial of the claim without exception. Products must be returned to United Cutlery, prepaid, in unopened original packaging, in re-sellable condition to be eligible for credit. International Customers will have 5 days from the time of their shipment receipt to notify United Cutlery regarding any errors in their shipment.
