Warranty Information

Warranty Information for Business Partners:

All United Cutlery products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for six months for the original purchaser of the product. Customer must submit a photo of damaged item to Customer Service. We will replace defective items with same product, when available. If an exact replacement is not available we will replace the product with a like item or suitable substitute. For replacement, the product must be returned to United Cutlery, freight prepaid. This warranty is voided (as determined by United Cutlery) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear that might occur. Unsellable merchandise is not covered under the United Cutlery product warranty.
